The initiative to modernize the digital tools used by the Outreach Department was a foundational step toward creating a unified digital ecosystem (website, internal software, & mobile app) for the entire church.

To achieve this, we designed two interconnected experiences: a public-facing site for guests to discover and engage with events, and an internal system that streamlined event hosting and management. Together, these projects scaled the reach of the Outreach Department and established the groundwork for a modern, scalable digital ecosystem that could grow with the church.
